APPS AND WEBSITE

We currently offer our video art streaming service via our website and via apps on AppleTV and Roku. Your subscription gives you access to our content on all platforms. Below is information on how our service works and how you can purchase a subscription.

THE BASICS

Creating an Account

You can create an account and purchase a subscription by registering on our website at www.videothequeartstream.com. Our subscription page may be found by clicking “Log in” on the top right corner of our home page.

Purchasing a Subscription

We offer two subscriptions. A Monthly Plan for $4.99 per month and a Yearly Plan for $49.99 per year. You receive two free months if you purchase a Yearly Plan.

Streaming

We strongly recommend that you have an internet speed of at least 5Mbps, and preferably 10Mbps to 50Mbps to use our service. We do not offer refunds or trouble-shooting if your internet speed is not sufficient.

We recommend that you stream our videos to your TV via a streaming device, such as AppleTV and Roku. These devices have buffering technology that enhance the streaming of video content, and provide for a better viewing experience than streaming from your computer or TV internet browser.

Tips on streaming from your PC to your TV can be found on the internet by searching “How to stream from your computer to your TV”. To stream via your computer, Chomecast is recommended.

Free Trial Period

By purchasing a subscription, you are entitled to a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged as long as you cancel within the 7-day period. If you cancel after the free trial period, you will be charged only for the applicable period that you purchased.

If you decide to cancel later, you will not be charged following expiration of the applicable period that you purchased. We do not give refunds for partial periods. If you have any problems canceling, please email us at: support@videothequeartstream.com

APPLETV

Access

To access our AppleTV app, simply download the Videothèque app to your AppleTV and enter your account login and password. It is not necessary to create a new account or purchase a subscription via the Apple Store.

Organization

On the AppleTV app, our videos are organized by rows in the following order:

· Curated featured playlists

· Videos organized by Genre

· Videos organized by Activity

You can move up and down the rows with your remote. We have over 100 genres and activities to choose from.

Playlists

Each row is a self-contained playlist. Find a theme that matches your mood or interest. Click any video in the row, and the remaining videos in the row will play in sequential order and repeat with continuous looping. You can stream art all day to your TV with a few simple clicks of your remote.

Favorites

If you want to create your own playlist, you can do this via your Favorites. By designating a video as one of your Favorites, it is saved on your Favorites page.

You can access your Favorites page by swiping up with your remote at the top banner. Videos are stored in the order that you Favorite them. Your Favorites play just like a regular playlist. Videos play in sequential order and are repeated with continuous looping.

Search

You can access the Search bar by swiping up with your remote at the top banner. You can search for videos by artist name, title and key descriptive tags. All the videos that match your Search criteria will appear below the Search bar.

The results of your Search will not play as a playlist. Each video plays individually. If you wish to view your Search results as a playlist, you must add a video to your Favorites.

Artists

Organization

On the Roku app, our videos are organized in Category themed sections. Explore a Category to discover the videos you desire. You can move up and down the Category sections with your remote.

Each Category contains a playlist of videos organized by theme. Categories include curated featured content, videos by genres, videos by activities and recently added videos. We have over 100 sub categories of videos, or playlists.

Playlists

The videos in each Category are organized in rows that function as a self-contained playlist. Click any video in the row, and the remaining videos in the row will play in sequential order. Playlists do not repeat or loop continuously. At the end of each playlist, play will cease. (We expect to add a looping feature very shortly.)

The results of your Search will also play as a playlist.
